Return Policy
Return Inspection & Quality Assurance Policy
To maintain fairness and uphold quality standards for all customers, every returned product is subject to a comprehensive Quality Check (QC) upon receipt at our warehouse.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
* The product has been used, washed, damaged, modified, or is otherwise not in its original condition.
* The product is returned without its original tags, packaging, accessories, or complimentary items (where applicable).
* A different product, counterfeit item, or incorrect item is returned in place of the originally purchased product.
* The returned item exhibits signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant residue, or any other evidence of use.
Quality Check Procedure
* All returned products will be thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control team upon arrival at our warehouse.
* Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has successfully passed the QC inspection.
QC Rejection
* If a return fails the QC inspection due to evidence of use, damage, missing components, incorrect product return, or any breach of our return policy, the return request will be declined and no refund will be issued.
* In such instances, the product may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, where applicable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
* Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
* For returned orders, only the eligible product value will be refunded following successful QC approval. COD charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
